Play Style

A gadget-style slot player whose main job is creating touches in space. Benedictine used him on quick game, bubble and tunnel screens, and handoffs out of the backfield. He hits top speed in just a few steps and runs past pursuit angles. He is shiftier in the open field than a pure straight-line sprinter, and his returning ability comes from the same instincts. 247Sports described him as 'an exciting offensive weapon who fits a slot role in the long term, but could also move around for backfield touches.'

Strengths

• Top-end speed confirmed on the track (third in the state in the 100m, relay state champion) that shows up on the field as breakaway ability after the catch
• Can line up in the slot or the backfield: 1,357 scrimmage yards and 13 TDs in 2024 (46 catches for 753 yards and 5 TDs, plus 604 rushing yards and 8 TDs), and more than 2,400 scrimmage yards on 213 touches across his sophomore and junior seasons
• Punt and kick return ability gives him a path to the field in year one before he is a full-time receiver
• Consistent production and recognition: 1,068 all-purpose yards and 14 TDs as a senior, and winner of the 45th Michael Finocchiaro Award as Savannah's top player

Areas to Improve

• Route tree and nuance: much of his high school production came from manufactured touches (screens, jet motion, carries), so he needs to learn option routes, leverage reads and zone-coverage spacing to be a true slot target
• Beating press and contact: at about 185 lbs he needs a better release against physical nickel corners and more play strength at the catch point and as a blocker
• Level of competition: GHSA private-school opponents rarely matched his speed, so his separation against Power 4 DBs is still unproven

College Projection

He enrolled early at Notre Dame in spring 2026, where coaches noticed his quickness in practice. Notre Dame's preseason depth chart before the Wisconsin opener listed him at WR (reported as 'WR3'; it is not clear whether that means a third-string slot or third receiver overall). The Irish receiver room is deep, so expect special-teams return work and a few packaged touches in 2026, possibly while protecting a redshirt. Year 2 (2027) is his realistic window for a rotational slot role. He could become a starter in 2028 if he adds about 10 lbs and his route running catches up to his speed.

NFL Outlook

A possible Day 3 prospect if his speed shows up on the field and he adds return value. His size limits him to slot receiver or returner, so his draft stock depends on college production and a verified 40 time. Players at 5-10 with his track background usually test well at the combine. Development risk is moderate, driven mainly by size and how refined his route running becomes.

Best Fit

A spread or pro-spread offense that gets the ball to its best athletes on purpose through motion, jet sweeps, RPO screens and running back/slot flexibility, and that has a return unit that will use his speed early. Notre Dame fits well if the staff builds a package for him. An Air Raid or tempo offense with a heavy slot role would suit him equally well.
