Jourdin Crawford

Physical Profile

Listed at 6-0, 330 lbs. Taller than 2% and heavier than 96% of 2025 Defensive Line prospects in the SEC Scouts database (144 with a listed size).

Play Style

Projects as a developmental prospect who likely relies more on natural ability and size than refined technique at this stage. His commitment to Auburn suggests he has shown flashes of disruptive ability but needs coaching to unlock his full potential as a pass rusher or run defender.

Strengths

• High ceiling potential evidenced by 4-star rating despite limited recruiting exposure
• Strong regional pedigree from Alabama prep football, which typically produces physically mature linemen
• Early Auburn commitment suggests coaching staff sees projectable traits and coachability

Areas to Improve

• Needs significant development in technique and fundamentals based on limited P5 interest
• Must improve strength and conditioning to compete at SEC level immediately

College Projection

Expected to redshirt or see limited action as a freshman while developing physically and technically. Could emerge as a rotational contributor by his second or third season if he maximizes his developmental window in Auburn's program.

NFL Outlook

Too early to project NFL potential given limited exposure, but 4-star rating suggests he could develop into a mid-to-late round prospect with proper development over 3-4 years

Best Fit

Auburn's developmental approach appears ideal, as they can afford to be patient with his growth while providing the coaching infrastructure to maximize his physical tools. Would thrive in a program that emphasizes player development over immediate production.
