Play Style

He projects as a downhill, mass-based run blocker who wins by covering up defenders and moving them off the ball on drive and double-team blocks. At the high school level his size was usually enough to control the point of attack. His film profile is that of a gap/power guard more than a zone-reach athlete. His relative newness to the sport shows in his technique rather than his effort, and he has not yet developed the refinement in hand fighting and leverage that experienced 3-star guards bring.

Strengths

• Size that is already near-ready for the college interior: 310-325 lbs at 6-4/6-5 means he will not need a multi-year bulking phase like many 3-star linemen
• Proven against good competition: All-State in D-II AAA in 2025 on a Knoxville Catholic team that reached the state semifinals in Tennessee's private-school division
• Rapid improvement: he went from PWO to scholarship within about three months, and his offers from MTSU, Tennessee Tech, Tennessee State, Eastern Kentucky, UT Martin and Central Arkansas show his evaluation rising late in the cycle
• Strong buy-in and familiarity with the program: he is a local commit who chose the hometown Vols and joins Knox Catholic teammate Tyreek King (4-star WR) in the same class

Areas to Improve

• Football experience and technique: he played only a few years in Canada before coming to Webb School of Bell Buckle in 2024 and then Knoxville Catholic in 2025. Expect inconsistent hand placement, pad level and footwork on combination blocks.
• Pass protection against SEC-level speed and twists: he needs to improve his anchor technique, his patience in pass sets, and how he passes off stunts. Without verified agility testing, his range against quick 3-techniques is unproven.
• Conditioning for Tennessee's tempo: Josh Heupel's up-tempo offense requires interior linemen who can hold their weight and technique over long, fast drives. His continued body recomposition is the key

College Projection

He is a clear redshirt candidate in 2026, working as interior depth and on the scout team, with a 2-3 year development window. A realistic best case is competing for rotational snaps at guard by 2028 (redshirt sophomore) and a possible starting role in 2029 if his technique catches up to his size. A lower outcome is long-term depth and a reliable backup across the interior. Developing reps at center would help his value.

Best Fit

A power/gap-scheme offense that lets him move people downhill fits his body type best. In Tennessee's spread tempo system, he fits as a right guard in duo and power concepts, with strong strength-and-conditioning and position coaching to speed up his technique. A program that can afford to redshirt and develop a lineman for 2-3 years (which Tennessee can) is the right environment.
